About us
Our Story
We are a Rwandan-led organization driven by the belief that every mother, child, and young person deserves quality healthcare. With our experience as frontline health workers, and public health specialists, we’re committed to a healthier Rwanda.
Recent changes in global health funding landscape have thrown a wrench in our work and put mothers, children, and young people are left without the care they need.
This has emboldened us. We knew we couldn’t wait for others to step in. We had to take the lead. Now, we are building something sustainable, something rooted in the communities we serve.
We work hand in hand with families, health workers, and local leaders to create lasting solutions. Our mission is more urgent than ever. We are here, we’re ready, and we won’t stop until every mother, child, and young person in Rwanda has the chance to survive and to thrive.
Our founders were previously engaged with a global organization, contributing to impactful
initiatives. However, when funding for these efforts came to an end, We took the initiative
to establish a local NGO—driven by a shared commitment to continue the work. Through
determination and passion, they began securing funding independently to sustain and
expand their mission.
