On Thursday, November 14th, We for Health organized a hands-on training session at Nyarurenzi, focusing on effective management of Postpartum Hemorrhage (PPH)—a leading cause of maternal mortality.

The training introduced participants to the innovative E-MOTIVE approach, emphasizing timely and evidence-based interventions to control PPH. Attendees also received practical experience using the Non-Pneumatic Anti-Shock Garment (NASG), a critical tool in stabilizing patients for safe transfer to advanced care facilities.

The session brought together healthcare professionals dedicated to improving maternal outcomes. Through collaborative learning and skill-building, the training reinforced the importance of rapid response in saving lives.
