On August 7, 2025, in partnership with We For Health, Muhima District Hospital conducted a breastfeeding awareness campaign under the theme « Breastfeeding well as a Foundation for a Better Future. » A total of 83 staff members were trained, mothers admitted to the hospital were educated and supported in breastfeeding, and they were given gifts to encourage proper breastfeeding practices.

supporting training programs, improving referrals system, healthcare policies, strengthen
leadership in facilities and ensuring the availability of essential medicines and equipment.
We aim to create sustainable and equitable health systems that serve all communities.
We are collaborating with Global Kwik Koders to digitalize healthcare tools that support
baseline assessments, supervision, and mentorship, aiming to improve service delivery and
monitoring.
We empower individuals, particularly women and adolescents, to make informed decisions about their reproductive health. By improving access to family planning services, sexual health education, and maternal care, we work to reduce reproductive health challenges such as unintended pregnancies and unsafe abortions. Our efforts aim to create a healthier future by providing equitable and accessible reproductive health services to all.
Ensuring the health and well-being of every child is a priority. We focus on delivering
comprehensive child health services, including emergency paediatric, management of
childhood illnesses such as malaria and pneumonia, routine immunization and nutrition
support. Through community health programs, we aim to reduce preventable deaths and
improve child survival rates, particularly among the most vulnerable populations.
We are dedicated to ensuring that every mother and newborn receives the essential care they need to survive and thrive. By strengthening health systems, providing skilled care at birth, and promoting essential postnatal care, we focus on reducing preventable maternal and newborn deaths. Our approach includes community-based interventions that promote safe pregnancy and childbirth, improving health outcomes for mothers and babies across Rwanda.
