Our Achievements
We take pride in our impactful milestones, from reaching underserved communities with essential healthcare services to advancing digital health solutions that improve access and quality.
Our (2023-2024) achievements:

Conducted service needs assessment (maternal, neonatal, child health, and family planning) at Nyarugenge District Hospital, Biryogo, and Nyarurenzi Health Centers. The need for targeted interventions, including mentorship and supportive supervision was highlighted.

Implemented a mentoring program (monthly group mentoring) in areas of maternal, neonatal, child health, and family planning.
- •
Organized quarterly supportive supervision in areas of maternal, neonatal, child health, and family planning in addition to data management and utilization.
- •
Updated the clinical mentorship guidelines and developed clinical mentorship training manuals with funding from UNICEF.
- •
Conducted training on Family-Centered Care (FCC) and Infection Prevention and Control.
