We for Health, in partnership with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre and NexLeaf Analytics, has launched a Training of Trainers on Cold Chain Equipment maintenance in Kigali. Biomedical technicians from 12 hospitals are gaining advanced skills in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of vaccine refrigerators.
These trainers will soon cascade their knowledge to vaccinators and EPI supervisors across districts—empowering frontline health workers to keep refrigerators up and running, vaccines potent, reduce wastage, and ensure reliable immunization services in every community.
Together, we’re strengthening the backbone of Rwanda’s immunization program—because investing in health is empowering generations.
