Today marks the successful conclusion of our transformative 5-day mentorship training for mentors and facility leaders.

Motivated by a shared commitment to improving the quality of care and saving more lives, We for Health, in collaboration with I-Concept International, launched this initiative to establish a robust culture of mentorship within hospital systems. Throughout the training, participants were equipped with critical skills in leadership, team building, adult learning strategies, and the design and implementation of quality improvement projects. They were also introduced to updated mentorship guidelines and tools—core elements that are now firmly integrated into hospital practices.

By bringing together mentors, department heads, hospital directors, and directors of nursing, we cultivated a shared vision and practical capabilities to deliver consistent, high-quality care. This collaborative and forward-looking approach is setting the stage for a more cohesive, empowered, and resilient healthcare system across all our facilities.
