From May 19–22, We For Health, in collaboration with Nexleaf, brought together 21 experts from across Rwanda’s health system for a four-day workshop in Kigali. The goal? To develop training materials that will equip technicians and supervisors to implement Rapid Response & Repair (R3), a system for timely cold chain maintenance and real-time vaccine protection. These materials will help frontline teams respond faster, prevent breakdowns, and protect life-saving vaccines.
