We For Health partners with WHO and RBC for the Smart d-IMNCI training
This week, We For Health (W4H), in collaboration with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), kicked off the Smart d-IMNCI orientation and training — a major step toward strengthening child health services in Rwanda.
The Digital Integrated Management of Neonatal and Childhood Illness (d-IMNCI) platform, developed by the WHO Academy, offers a modern, scalable way to train health providers beyond traditional, face-to-face sessions.
From October 13–17, 2025, W4H mentors are leading the first round of in-person training in Nyarugenge District, bringing together 135 health workers from 10 health centers to explore this innovative digital learning approach.
Through this initiative, health workers are gaining new skills to deliver quality, evidence-based care for every child — anytime, anywhere.
