We for Health annual retreat in Rubavu
Over four inspiring days in Rubavu, the We for Health Board and Staff came together for our annual retreat under the theme:
“Strengthening Governance, Strategy, Impact, and Resilience for Sustainable Growth.”
The retreat provided an opportunity to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, evaluate lessons learned, and strategically plan for the future. Through engaging discussions on governance, program planning, research, resource mobilization, communication, innovation, and organizational sustainability, we strengthened our shared vision and renewed our commitment to improving Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent Health (RMNCAH) in Rwanda.

Beyond the strategic sessions, the retreat was also a time to reconnect, build stronger relationships, and celebrate the incredible people behind our mission.
A special congratulations goes to Benjamin, who was recognized as We for Health’s Employee of the Year. This well-deserved recognition reflects his outstanding dedication, professionalism, innovation, and commitment to advancing our mission. We are proud to celebrate this achievement and grateful for the impact he continues to make across the organisation.
As we return to our work, we do so with renewed energy, stronger collaboration, and a shared determination to create lasting impact for the communities we serve
